Brian has been working as a sex therapist for several years, as a speciality. He continues to offer this service to his clients and in June 2021 he became an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist; he is the only male (at the time of this post) available to Iowa and Nebraska residents.

In the absence of available licensure, they are certified, registered, or clinical members of a national psychotherapy organization.
